Comus is a house located on the top of a hill, with stunning views over the treetops.

​The house was designed to make take the best from the views, with the main living areas and master bedroom in the first floor, hovering over the trees. An open courtyard allows cross views from the first floor towards the carport, where our client likes to park his classic cars.

​This modern sustainable house is oriented towards the sun to enjoy solar gain, all the rooms will be flooded with natural light.

​The external walls are cladded with dark textured panels in the ground floor and white local stone on the first floor.
