Summerhouse 

Pavilion

This Summerhouse is located in Tag’s island, a little island on the Thames, the client wanted to retrofit the existing floating house and ask create a new summerhouse in the garden.

In this particular space the flood risk is very high, and we need to consider the water levels. The building is elevated in piles, and is covered in perforated / textured metal that will allow to protect the light timber frame structure.

This flexible space will allow the client to enjoy the garden views and do sport even in the cold winter days.
