This new complex of 15 terrace houses in Teddington is designed to replace the out of use old garages.

​The idea is to provide all the new houses with private gardens and a communal area in first floor where the residents can seat relax and interact in a semi private garden.

​The houses are a mix of 2 and 3 beds, changing the slope of the roofs to allow all the new houses to benefit from the solar gain and enjoy the views towards the neighbouring park.

​This new sustainable houses will be made with timber frame, the external facade will be covered in timber and stone in the lower floor.
