Ridgeway is a residential project located on a hill, the house is located on the slope sheltered by the trees and with open views downhill.​

The house is semi-sunken in the hill, arriving at a higher level, with the more public areas at first floor and with a large terrace overlooking the landscape. The ground floor is carved in the mountain there are three bedrooms and one studio.

​This will be a super sustainable house, Passive house, with almost no energy consumption, oriented towards the sun the main spaces will enjoy solar passive gain and all the bedrooms will have plenty of natural light.

A green roof will replicate the existing meadow and improve the biodiversity of the site.
​The external walls are cladded with light timber in the first floor and exposed concrete in the ground floor.
